Hindustanisakhisaheli: Healthy and easy step-by-step recipes with photos | 20 best Non-Vegetarian Indian recipes by Aparna Nayak
5.0
Hindustani Sakhi Saheli consists of twenty non-vegetarian Indian recipes written by Aparna Nayak. This is the first recipe book I read that too for non-vegetarian dishes. What I find interesting is that the author uses less oil in the recipes, which makes the food extra salutary.
You'll find a lot of chicken recipes in the book. The author breaks each method into three parts: first will tell you about the time you need for the preparation, and it serves to how many people. Second is about ingredients, and then the instructions. The book is illustrated exquisitely by the pictures of food. It makes you crave for it. The only advice I have for the author is for the cover page. The title in the red color hides because of red chili powder in the background, which makes it difficult to read. Hope to see a more suitable cover page in your upcoming books.
Aparna Nayak belongs to a traditional Indian family where fresh food is pretty significant. Her passion for cooking made her write this book. The recipes were pretty easy to make, and a step-by-step guide allowed you to stand out in front of your family and friends. If you love cooking non-vegetarian food, go for it. I would recommend it.
