When Owen goes missing and the boss he works for us held in question for embezzlement, Hannah receives a note saying Protect Her.
She had to protect Owen's daughter Bailey but from what or from who.
A clever and well written thriller by Laura Dave which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Seriously I couldn't stop turning the pages.
The characters were well defined and you can't help but feel attached to Hannah as she struggles to get Bailey onside.
This is a quick paced, exciting thriller from start to end.
What I loved: pace, character profiles, language, fantastic plot.
There was nothing not to like about this book.
I later discovered it was also made into a TV series starring Julia Roberts.
Definitely one for my watch list.
