Never Have I Ever: My Life (So Far) Without a Date by Katie Heaney

3.0

I kinda had a lot of expectations for this book as I had read (as many other people) the introduction already online. And yeah, it was funny at times (the book that makes me laugh out loud at least once must have something to it)...and I could relate to some things...but it just didn't really deliver on that promise of an amazing book that was hinted in the introduction (and the lighthouse theory was not really followed through or developed during the whole work... ok, that was a remark from a scientist in me that is just being annoyed with not getting more intel on 'the interesting stuff'). Anyhow, if you want a light read of many embarrassing situations that a girl can encounter during her life with some witty remarks on the subject, this is it. Will it be one of those books that keeps you up all night? No. But not a bad effort for a young author. I would gladly read something she puts out after another 10 years or so.
