Time travel and multiverses? Angsty 20-somethings learning about adulting? Superstitions and folk magic? This one has it all in a fast-paced story with some unexpected turns; the protagonist is not entirely like-able, nor does she make good choices, but she is believable. This is no Persepolis or Habibi (nor does it aspire to be), but it is still a fun graphic novel romp.
