Queen of Air and Darkness by Cassandra Clare

“I whisper your name, Ty. I whisper the most important thing:
I love you. I love you. I love you."

Even though i had low expectations after finishing book 2, i still thought the trilogy's conclusion would be somewhat epic, because i believed that this trilogy had an interesting plot compared to its companion trilogies set in the same world. This finale was not epic. It was boring. It was a long, drawn-out baloney.

The multiple storylines became too convoluted, and the characters and especially the romance arcs became annoying and unbearable. Even Julian and Emma -who were the reason i was reading this trilogy- bore me to death with their drama. I was also very disappointed by Anabelle's character arc, i thought she had potential as a villain but none of the build-up that was set for her came to a merit.

I can't think of the things i enjoyed in this book. I liked Jem and Tessa's cameos and i found Livvy's letter to Ty quite emotional but other than that i felt fatigued by reading this book.
