Till Death Parts Us by Caz Redpath

5.0

The whole entire plot, the twists, it had me on the edge of my seat. I laughed, I cried, I need more from Caz. The way she writes is absolutely stunning and has a way of drawing you in. I need people to go and read this book so I can fangirl.

I don’t really know how to explain my full thoughts on the book without spoiling it so the above is my spoiler free review. Below is my spoiler review.

CAZ YOU MADE ME CRY AND ITS NOT ALLOWED

I wasn’t expecting Vera to have done the murder and totally understood where James was coming from at putting her behind bars, because with the information that he had at the time, reporting her to the police was the only sensible option. But finding the second box of things, fuck. That made me shudder.

James developed a darker side as the story went on and was no longer the cookie cutter law abiding lawyer he was at the start of the book. Starting with the planting of the drugs on Carter and then doing the killing. Those twists were totally unexpected but people do funny things for love.

And the line on the final page 👀
