All in all, this book wasn’t too boring but I didn’t love it. It was very repetitive.

Along with this, the big reveal about Prentisstown’s past was a bit underwhelming, but I liked how since Todd doesn’t know how to read properly he spells some words wrong like “shun” instead of “tion”.
I will continue reading the series, hopefully it gets better.
Graphic: Animal cruelty, Animal death, Death, Gore, Gun violence, Violence, Murder, and Injury/Injury detail
Moderate: Vomit, Grief, and War
