this book made me want hit myself over the head with my phone. if you take the smut at face value, then sure, it was okay but the whole rest of the book had a plot that never needed to happen. Woman gets sexually assaulted multiple times after she says no but it’s all cool!! because her body is reacting!! (clearly sarcasm..) So, Zade is a rapist who hunts down other rapists and pedophiles but acts like he is doing nothing wrong and that he is better than the people he is hunting. Zade is not “boyfriend material” nor is he likeable or hot. please don’t actually fall for guys like him. also not on the same level but, how many times can this author use “your body weeps for me”
that phrase is cringy as hell!!!!

overall, if you ignore the whole rape aspect (crazy to say), the smut was fine but if you wanted a good romance book with an ideal man and relationship,, you’d be sorely mistaken.
