Wasn’t my fav VR book but at this point, I’m already attached to characters and the town - so I loved to see the various character developments. The introduction of new storylines were also seamless.
Abby’s guts was v frustrating and she acted way out of line. She really didn’t need to do Cameron dirty like that. It was difficult to root for her even though things worked out well for her.
On the other hand, post-war Ricky was v depressing but I loved Lizzie’s character growth from a weeping teenager to a strong and confident young woman who calls Rick out on his crap.
