Dividing Eden by Joelle Charbonneau

I honestly don’t know how to feel about this book. I was so bored for the first hundred page that I thought about dnf-ing it (dnf: did not finish). But there were a few parts of the book that I really did enjoy.

One on the issues that I have with this book is that some of the chapters seem unfinished. Random things just happen, and I’m just sitting there thinking “How are you?”, “Where did you come from?”, or “One chapter your hair was dark now it blonde, what?”. Something else that bugs me are the Elders names. I swear that I can’t remember any of there names. I guess they’re like the villain but there are so many of them that I can’t remember which one is good or evil.

At times this book frustrated me. I almost started yelling at it. But that doesn’t mean that it was all bad. I may read the sequel just so I know what happens. But with the weird romance that came out of nowhere and the sometimes sloppy writing, I doubt that I’ll pick up the sequel anytime soon.

One late thing, how the hell do you pronounce Xhelozi!
