How to Bang a Billionaire by Alexis Hall
5.0
Reread March 2022
Reading this as part of a buddy read and I am getting so much out of it! There are so many little references that I hadn’t noticed before that are coming up in the discussions; it’s fantastic!
Also, I’m reading the physical book which I haven’t done before, and I’m noticing more things because of that, as well. Like, I completely missed the two Douglas Adams references the first two times I listened to it. 🤦🏻♀️
My god, I love this series.

Reread December 2021 and updated rating to 5 stars from 4.
I didn’t write a review of this one the last time I read it because I was mildly incapacitated and just didn’t have the mental anything to properly review it. So, reviewing now!
I so enjoyed this book! I know that my review of the third book somewhat encompasses the series, but each book is so good in its own right. In this one I love seeing Ardy at the start of being an adult. How he’s so worried about what to do with his life and unsure of how to navigate things with Caspian. But then he also is so sure of what he wants with Caspian, just maybe not quite how to get there? It really is a great place to start with him, to see his growth throughout the series.
Some of my favourite bits:
•Nik talking like Emperor Palpatine when he has laryngitis
•How Nik describes the 1988 CHAMPAGNE KRUG CLOS DU MESNIL, and to a lesser extent how Ardy describes said champagne
•Caspian being anti-socially competitive while playing Carcassonne (I only wish I could play Carcassonne like that!)
•Basically everything about Caspian in Kinlochbervie
