Falling Together by Marisa de los Santos

3.0

Just less than half of this book is spent getting to know the main characters which is usually a tedious thing. But Marisa de Los Santos's writing is so smart and witty that I never grew bored. The internal thoughts and dialog between the characters is fantastic. (I particularly liked the character Pen.) This is the reason I wish I could've given this book a half star more. The story itself is a bit on the predictable side but I'd still recommend it as an enjoyable light read & am rather glad I won this via first reads.
