This book is about a young girl that got drunk and had her boyfriend in the car and they wrecked. HIs life is lost but she somehow got up and made it to her bed. She was arrested and served time in jail. Well, she was pregnant and had a child that his parents raised.
She gets out of jail and wants to start over but also wants to get to know her daughter if she can. The only person that is in her corner is Ledger Ward. Who was her boyfriends best friend. He is basically the father of this child since her dad is not here.
The two form a connection and the parents of the guy that is dead dont like it at all.
This book is a goo read and it will have you turning the pages until you are finished.
