This volume was random and the constant time jumps were confusing. We spent so much time in the past while the present kept moving forward and we never get an explanation as to what was happening in the present.

Something that drives me a bit nuts throughout: if the city is in danger of being completely destroyed, where is the rest of the bat family? Batgirl calls in a random assortment of lesser known heroes and meta humans, and she only asks Batman for is a boat? Really? If Gotham was being threatened on such a large scale, you'd think Batman would get involved.

As a general rule, I love Batgirl. From her original run as Batgirl to Oracle. But this latest return to being Batgirl has left something to be desired.
