Story ***** - the actual story is a well constructed story with tropes of enemies to lovers, true mates, friendship, extremely strong female characters, family of choice vs biological family. The author wove a plot throughout this book that was integral to the entire story. It seemed niggling at times but it really made an impact at the end. The 3 main characters - Everly, Zoe, and Macey - are amazing women. What they live through and experience and the strength they exhibit is amazing.

The writing * - the writing was horrible. I got trapped into this on Facebook and did the reading app. Thankfully I found the link to the free book online. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS BOOK. The author needs to put this through at least a proofreader because not only are there egregious grammatical heresies in this story along with out and out typos, there are sloppy mistakes such as using the son's name when it is supposed to be the mate's name. Also, using different spellings for each girl. In example, Macey/Macy; Zoe/Zoey/Zoie. On swnovels.com, chapter 148 should be read before 147. They were uploaded backwards.

Conclusion - I hope the author will get herself at least a proofreader and an editor because as lovely as the story is, there are places it needs polishing and Dion isn't available (readers of the book will get that). Get it put together and then put it on Amazon for a reasonable price and yes, make it available on Kindle Unlimited. You'll be doing yourself a favor.
