The Punisher Born by Garth Ennis, Darick Robertson

4.0

I would not call myself a Punisher fan (though I certainly don't mind him, either), but I am a sucker for traumatic narratives, and if you add some Nam, well then, count me in. This was an engaging read, well-crafted with vivid, violent color and layout. I'm not sure how this savagely chilling pre-origin tale fits into the Punisher's larger metastory, but I cretainly enjoyed the heck of this.
