How I Resist: Activism and Hope for a New Generation by Maureen Johnson

3.0

A strong collection of essays, interviews, comics, and songs that is supposed to appeal to young adults, but can be profound for those past the "YA" age bracket.

Found that some of these essays were stronger than others, and some of people that were apart of this collection were definitely included just because of name, because of this I hesitant to push it over a 3 star. I feel that they could have included more small bloggers and activist instead of only big name authors and such.

All in all a pretty solid collection of essays that would suit beginners of voting and social justice well.
