Bryn and Ezra. I was a little nervous about reading this installment in the Narrows world, because it was about characters that we barely got a glimpse of in the previous books. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about the Roth family. What I'll say is this....my feelings are just complicated! I love Bryn, the main character. I love Ezra. The world they live in is brutal and harsh. I love the ending, and it is a happy ending. It left me craving more story, in the best possible way. I need to know what happens to these characters from here! Especially given the snippets of information you get from the book Saint. Like I just feel there is so much more story to tell in this world! Characters that need to meet! Please?
