this review is more of a three and a half stars, but i’ll give the other half just because.
okay right off the bat, i enjoyed this story. the art was probably the best aspect of it, the style was so beautiful. the characters were also amazing, and the story line was pretty good too. the idea of bucky helping people who want to have a fresh start is wonderful. the ending though was pretty heartbreaking. i’m sad that R.J. ran away and didn’t give Bucky a chance to explain himself about what happened to his father. i guess i was hoping Bucky was going to become a sort of father-figure or something along those lines to R.J., it seemed like he really needed it. but not all stories have happy endings, and that’s the beauty of it
(or whatever people say about those sort of things)
overall, i enjoyed this comic, and i hope to see more stories with Bucky and R.J. teaming up again (if that’s even possible?).
