I don't know who are the target market of this book but the writing feels to straightforward and doesn't have a children's book vibe to it. What made it for kids though are the cute artworks. But the advices and writing overall feels like I'm reading a manual.
But I have to say, the message of this book is powerful. It's a great way to teach kids to speak up to adults when they're being bullied.
Sana lang may story pa kung ano consequences ifa-face ni Dana since siya ang bully. And maybe another story kung anong mangyayare if mas naging bully si Dana lalo since nagsumbong si little Casey. And what should Casey do if the bullying gets worse because of it.
