A Conspiracy in Belgravia by Sherry Thomas

4.0

A Conspiracy in Belgravia is the second installment of the Lady Sherlock series. Just like the previous book, I was enjoyed every second of this audiobook. I think it's mostly because we got more of Charlotte figuring things out than the Inspector. Which, yes, I still did miss the guy in this one, but I liked seeing someone else in charge.

As for the mystery? I quite liked that as well. Things did feel a bit easier to figure out though. Or maybe it was just the way Charlotte and everyone else got to the final result. Other than that, I liked how Charlotte started training to protect herself whenever danger comes her way. It was interesting to see Mrs. Watson take on that portion just to make sure Charlotte could be okay.

In the end, I'm freaking out over the ending. We get a mini family reunion and I'm so excited to see what is going to happen next.
