A Reaper at the Gates by Sabaa Tahir

Did not finish book. Stopped at 34%.

I ATE THE FIRST BOOK UP, literally one of my all time favorites. The second but was so fun to read and to be on this unknown adventure. But then by the 3rd book, a lot of the suspense in the series died down. Obviously we can’t have the same climax running on forever, but it lost its touch for me. All the things I looked forward to was already solved and answered in the 2nd book :( yes we still have Elias, the nightbringer, Marcus (his growing instability, and some unraveling mystery’s for Helene. All those topics are interesting but not enough to keep me going atm :( but hopefully, sometime, I’ll return back to this series.
