The premise of this book is INSANE! BONKERS! NEVER HEARD OF! Essentially, if a customer asks a question, the business should answer it. Right? Mind blown hahaha But you’d be surprised how many companies avoid doing just that. 

As someone who works in marketing and content creation I loved this book. I loved what it had to say about company culture, about the reach that your content can have and the effect it can bring. I loved it. Maybe I’m biased because I’m also taking courses by the same company but I really enjoyed this book.
