The whole chapter with the Opal? Had me reading with my mouth open. These two are finally warming up to each other, Seigi just keeps making marriage comments in Richard's general direction.
And I love how Seigi is hit with how even nice and helpful people make enemies by simply existing the way they are. There just are people out there who will not like you, as tragic as that is.
I love learning about jewels, it is amazing.
