Scott Reintgen hurls the reader wholeheartedly into this book. The worldbuilding is the type of thing that could be a bit overbearing, but you are so sucked in that it’s just exciting. I was bouncing with anticipation for the last few chapters and Reintgen did a fantastic job of setting up for the climax while also leaving parts of it surprising.
