A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens

5.0

I am 42 and this short Dickens classic has always been in my TBR list and this has been the first time I went for it. Planned to read it for Xmas and like Scrooge in his mind switching, I confess I felt I was incredibly late when I finally read all of it.
'Christmas Carol' is a very beautiful fable about Christmas that reinvents the meaning about this time of the year. Beyond its religious background, it finds a new sense based on love, human bonds and real connections.
Extremely recommended to all those who hate Christmas time and need to find another meaning to these dates. As said many times before, latest generations Christmas was invented by Dickens
