The Lost Village by Camilla Sten

Meh.

Maybe it was because I was in the mood for something more supernatural. Or maybe it was because this book followed some tropes that made me roll my eyes a bit.

I think the premise sounded wonderful. The isolation of the town was pretty great as far as atmosphere goes and the prologue made me really excited. But I think it fell short in the end. I predicted a lot of what was coming. None of the characters were that fantastic and we didn't really get to know them very well. So, unfortunately, I didn't really care what happened to them.

Spoiler Seriously....what idiots decided on not checking the mine?
