This is a wonderful introduction on starting your anti-racism journey. This book was extremely easy to read with clear definitions and simple steps to take to start your journey. It also goes over the big things not to do and how certain language that may seem anti-racist, like “I don’t see color” is so try to not use it in the future. Just as an FYI, Williams is a UK author so a lot of her statistics focused on the UK but she does include statistics from the US for the majority of her points. 

I highly recommend this book if you are starting or still new on your anti-racist journey.
