Really disliked this book. I'm not above saying this is a terrible story with no redeeming qualities, it was not even slightly entertaining.

The plot was bizarre and a lot of the stuff that happens just doesn't make sense. There is like a 15-year-long conflict in this story that is supposedly resolved when one character basically gets them in a room and tells them to hug each other. All the characters sucked and this is supposed to be justified with the "silly humans and what we will do for love and desire" thing but like no?? The worst character of all was Tabitha, who tries to trick her twin sister's partner into having sex with her but stops herself right before it happens. Like you are a 40-year-old woman and you came that close to doing that?? But because her son died as a baby, we are supposed to be sympathetic towards her.

This book is also not a romance in the slightest. One of the romances begins before the book even starts. The other takes no build up and they basically get together after a single drunken night and suddenly are in love.

The more I sit and think, the more absolutely confused I feel towards this book and its plot.
