The Project is my second read from Summers after reading Sadie. I definitely prefer Sadie over The Project. It is was kind of a weird experience having Lo be like 19 years old because she came off as older to me. I think I would have bought into the storyline better if she actually were older. That's what bothered me the most about The Project. I also didn't care for Bea's perspective all that much, mostly just the way it was written. I almost think it would have been more interesting if we didn't have her perspective at all. The entire narrative is driven by Lo searching for Bea and I think removing her perspective would have heightened the sense that Bea is out of Lo's grasp. Overall, I did find the story intriguing and I'm definitely reading more from Summers.
