Really just a sweet little mystery. I'm surprised how well it's held up over time, very "good old American values" type thing. Nancy does seem lovely and very likeable, I did find it funny whenever the author would clearly indicate this was a teaching moment for young adults (Nancy gets caught out with the clock, but she decides it's best to be honest! E.g.) I do wish they hadn't made the name of the book the major clue, though - took away quite a bit of suspense there.
