Have I been avoiding reading Ali Hazelwood’a novels because she wrote Reylo fanfic even though they are about smart nerdy women? Yes.
But this one came available at the library and I was in the mood for something light and I found it charming and nerdy and engaging. Even though Nolan Sawyer is just Adam Driver by another name.
I do have to protest with it being labeled as Young Adult. The protagonist has graduated high school, her love interest in a few years older. It’s definitely more of a new adult novel.
