I REALLY enjoyed this. This scratched an itch I've had since finishing Funny You Should Ask last summer. The story was really enjoyable, I didn't mind where it did delve into the pandemic and I think it added to their story, and the progress towards romance had me giddy as the book progressed. I think anything that bugged me felt still okay in the book and I respected the choices - IE: the main character had a few elements to her personality that leaned elder millennial, which could be a bit cringe but it felt true to her character so I respect it. I also typically don't LOVE when digital communications are written into books, sometimes it can fill up pages with one word replies and get annoying but, I think it was really well done here and the "short" emails were great one-liners that kept the story rolling. Overall I really loved this book!
