The 100 Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared by Jonas Jonasson

The back of the book was helpful to read as I was getting started:  “A reluctant centenarian with a life much like Forrest Gump’s (if Gump were an explosives expert with a fondness for vodka) decides it’s not too late to start over…”

With that information, I could more easily enter into the book.  It is very much an adventure book with a nod to the incredible.  Since he’s 100 years old, the scope of the timeline is pretty extensive, and the geography is vast.

3.5/5 – maybe if it’s your “bucket”…  entertaining, but not so amazing that you should rush out to read it.  Good if you need a “Book set in Sweden” for a challenge.
