This one is by far much better than the first 2 I've read. I wasn't so happy with Ever still. She's still whiney and stupid. She makes very bad choices no matter what anyone tells her. It's like she thinks she knows it all and then fails badly. But the story itself got better. I like the new character Jude. I like him better than Damen actually. He has a better affect on her. I feel like she could learn a lot from him if she just gives him a chance. And usually with love interest I stick with the first that's introduced. But I'm definitely going towards the second this time. But with Ever she never makes the right choice. Luckily this one was better or I wouldn't continue .
