I really enjoyed this historical romance. Both Violet and James are fordable forces to be reckoned with. A misunderstanding draws them a part for 4 years and one Iill conceived accident prompts a hilarious and blood thirsty plot for revenge. While I did think that it dragged on a bit too much it had the effect it intended. They desperately craved the attention and love from the other and created arguments in order to stay connected. Plenty of angst and laughs. Bravo.
