One of my favorite movie franchises of all time is the Back To The Future trilogy. Since it’s likely we will never see a Back To The Future IV, my excitement could barely be contained when I discovered that Bob Gale was going to continue my beloved movie trilogy through the comic medium. The first volume of this new series gives us several short stories in the Back To The Future universe. As the title says, It provides us with some additional background and goings on with characters from the movies as well as a few what-if situations.
Though I really enjoyed this volume and am currently reading through the subsequent ones (which take on a more traditional story arc structure), ultimately this still isn’t BTTF IV. But that is ok, because this is far better than not getting any additional glimpses into this wonderful world.
