I am so delighted to have read this and yet mad that I just read it for the first time, now, at my age, because this book was absolutely magical and delightful.
This book is just such a sweet, simple read and yet full of layers in an easy enough language for the age group that it's written for. I love that the author breaks the 4th wall throughout the book to connect with the reader — to have a moment in which the reader can connect or to explain a moment or a word in detail that connects to the story.
Absolutely loved this!
