Not that much happened in this installment of the Outlander series. The first half of the book focused a lot on Claire and Jamie’s day-to-day doings at Fraser’s Ridge and was pretty boring. The second half was more interesting as it had more to do with the Revolution. William’s and Lord John’s storylines are my favorites right now, and I look forward to finding out what happens with them in the next book. It also seems like the end of the war is imminent in book 10- hopefully we won’t have to wait another 7 years for it.
