follows a woman called raizl who is battling her porn addiction while trying to find a husband. she basically spends all her time talking to a therapist but also a matchmaker. i really liked the author's approach to how raizl's religious family influenced her. still, raizl doesn't downright despise her religious background, on some level she wants to fit in. and so she finds herself in a very complicated predicament.
one of my complaints is that the author didn't quite develop every issue that she brought up. for example, she mentions racism and homophobia like once, and then just moves on like nothing happened. it was a bit funny in a nonsensical way if i'm being honest. i also wasn't a huge fan of the writing style.
