Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly (Updated Edition)

This book gives the reader a glimpse into the world of chefs & those who work with them. I learned a lot about cooking and some new creative ways to curse. I felt like this was less of a story and more of a very repetitive telling of what every restaurant was like that he worked in. Each restaurant was more of the same experiences—drugs, alcohol, sex, kitchen, injuries, lack of sleep, and work relationships.
