I wanted to like this but there was just too much holding me back from really sinking into it. It happened fairly quickly into the book too so finishing was a struggle.

I can't stand cheating in books even if they "weren't a real couple." The fact that Flint was a bit of a man whore before felt like a huge red flag with him being already paired with Marilyn.

Marilyn and Slash were just absolutely annoying to me. Most of the characters were a bit annoying. I get the hits the story was trying to make but it just didn't work for me.
