This was a satisfactory but somewhat disappointing end to the series. The story follows much of the same outline of the rest of the books—hardened horde king meets female that he kept keep his hands off even against his better judgment, he messes up, doesn’t grovel nearly enough, HEA with a baby. This particular book seemed like it might deviate because the horde king did not seem attracted to her initially but then he seemed to flip into extreme attraction. Of the 6 couples in the series, these two were one of my least favorites but it was a decent ending to the larger plot.
