Part memoir, part self help, all wonderful; Emma Lovewell shares stories from her life, tips that have helped her get through hard times, and the journey that led her to Peloton.
Emma has such a bright and sunny personality on the bike and it shines through within the pages of this book. Between talking about her love of gardening, the benefits of meditation, and her cats I found myself starting to relax and wanting to start moving my body again.
I think my favorite part of this book was the line “you can’t hate yourself into change”. She mentions it several times and it was something I really needed to hear.
Emma’s message is one for everyone to hear, not just Pelotoners. Do yourself a favor and pick this wonderful book up as soon as possible. Both your body and mind will thank me.
