I don't know. I didn't feel like this one was as good as The Gifts Of Imperfection. I got most value out of the parenting chapter. The rest of it, although eye opening and good, I guess was not as "transformational" as I had hoped. Not as many concrete tips on HOW to change myself as I had hoped I guess. Still a great book though. I definitely recommend.
