One of the most beautiful books I have ever read. The way it deals with death and grief in the context of this beautiful universe is poetically, vividly accurate. I hope the rest of the series is as beautiful!
On that note, though it's 4th in The Austin Family Chronicles, it worked well as a stand-alone.
