Wildfire by Hannah Grace

5.0

I simply adored Hannah's first book, Icebreaker, and I wasn't sure that Wildfire could top it. But it ended up blowing my expectations through the roof. The plot was even more gripping, and the character development was superb. The way Hannah seamlessly weaved together spice and friendship kept me on the edge of my seat until the very last page. I have to say that Russ Callahan has to be one of the most respectful book boyfriends I've read. This man is a true gentleman, aside from some daddy issues. His loyalty and protectiveness towards the people he cares about is truly admirable. Russ's vulnerability and growth throughout the story made him incredibly relatable and endearing. It's refreshing to see a male character who values consent and treats women with respect. Hannah Grace's ability to create such genuine and relatable characters is truly remarkable. Her storytelling keeps readers hooked from beginning to end, leaving them eagerly anticipating the next instalment. With each book, she continues to prove herself as a talented and versatile author. The anticipation for Henry's book is building, and I do not doubt that it will be just as captivating as the others in the series. I'm eagerly counting down the days until its release.

“It’s no secret that I love books. I love stories about people I don’t know, and places I haven’t been to. I’ve lived a thousand lives between a thousand pages,”
