Anything Could Happen by Will Walton

4.0

This made me cry, hard.

I am knee-deep when it comes to books like this. It feels like I connect to Tretch so much, and it just makes my heart ache and soothed. It becomes this cycle of crying and saying, "Aww." out loud.

My favorite passage had to be this:

“You care so much for other people,” he continues. “But I worry that, after I’m gone, there won’t be anyone at school to care for you.”

When Matt said those words, it just made my eyes tear up (again). How have I not discovered this book earlier? I definitely needed it when I was younger. I'm glad that I picked up this book.
