Food Rules: An Eater's Manual by Michael Pollan

4.0

This book was extremely short. You could very easily read it on a bus or short commute. I thought it was a good set of rules from which you should follow when reading, and although some of the rules are redundant and ultimately didn't include any profound revelations, I still thought the book was a worthwhile read. Its a nice reminder that just because you can eat something doesn't mean that it is food, and that just because something is plentiful and healthy doesn't mean you should eat as much of it as you can.
