Murder at the Vicarage
by Agatha Christie
Perfect little depiction of English village life. It was a bit difficult to keep up with all the endlessly outraged maids and spinsters and this wasn't the most polished of Christie's plots, but still a fun read. I loved the dry, honest humor of Vicar Clement's narration and his wife was a charmer, too. My only real complaint is that there wasn't enough Miss Marple. Jane Marple's got me feeling some kind of way.
